A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the kind of house I lived in or what I drove. But the world may be a different place because I was important in the life of a child.
In Remembrance of : Carmon Kilby
Carmon Kilby was an outstanding Teacher, Coach and Mentor to hundreds of children over the years. Also a well known Cattle Farmer by many in Wilkes and the surrounding counties. His death in Dec. of 2013 was as a shock to the community. Our county suffered a great lose that day Carmon had been such a positive influence on so many lives over the years. He was the kind of man you would love for your son to grow up to be. Our chapter has started a scholarship fund at each county high school to honor Carmon. We feel that furthering a child's education would be a great tribute to him. Please help us honor this fine man by Donating/Contributing to Hunters Helping Kids Wilkes Chapter by going to the Contact Us tab and Donate by clicking link or filling out a contact form on any contributions.
